Earn Gift Cards with Search and Win Sites

Not all of them. You can earn gift cards with the majority. Sure, there may be some that are of questionable nature, but I would venture to say that most are pretty legitimate. But just because something is legitimate doesn't mean that it's necessarily worth your time. It's true that search and win sites don't take up much time out of your day anyway, but I would think your time is better spent on those that really give you a good chance of being rewarded.

To date, I have found two search and win sites that have been profitable for me. The first is Swagbucks, and the second is iRazoo. Both of these sites let you win points several times a day that you can redeem and use to earn gift cards and other prizes.

To be fair, iRazoo is just getting out of the ground. They haven't been around as long as Swagbucks, but they are completely legitimate, and they are working to improve the layout and ease of use on their site. Signing up to earn gift cards with iRazoo is 100 percent free, and just like with Swagbucks, you can earn iRazoo points several times a day just for searching.

iRazoo does work a little differently from Swagbucks, however. With iRazoo, you search the net and click a link in the results you are shown. While you are looking over the page, 30 seconds will count down in a text box at the top of the page. When 30 seconds are up, you click the "yes" or "no" button to say whether or not you recommend the site. They automatically give you lots of points for doing this, and you can do it up to four times a day. In addition to this, there is also a chance you will win points instantly just from searching. Most people are able to win from searching roughly four times a day.

You can also win points when people sign up under you on iRazoo. When you win iRazoo points and have your account connected to Facebook, your points win will show up in your status. Just like with Swagbucks, your friends will see this, become curious, and sign up under you.

iRazoo additionally has codes you can put in for extra points. Unlike Swagbucks, they only have codes maybe once a week, and you can find them by "liking" them on Facebook and looking for them on their Facebook page.

As of now, it's pretty easy! Swagbucks only requires 450 points to redeem for a $5 Amazon gift card, and in my experience I've been able to get about five of those every month. With iRazoo, you need 3000 points to get a $5 Amazon code, but when you win points on iRazoo, you usually win a lot of them at a time -- typically anywhere from 25 to 50.

I highly recommend signing up for both sites, particularly Swagbucks. It takes very little time out of your day, and it's very rewarding!

Swagbucks is my favorite, although I am growing to like iRazoo as well. With Swagbucks, you can earn points by searching the internet, taking surveys, printing coupons, shopping, completing special offers, trading in used video games, and much more. Swagbucks also frequently puts out Swag Codes at random times of the day every day. Finding the code is a bit like going on a treasure hunt at times, but if you can follow their hints to find the code, you can put it in for even more Swagbucks.

Another way to earn Swagbucks is through referrals, and Swagbucks makes it very easy for you to get them. You don't have to beg your friends to sign up -- they just tend to do it on their own. You can connect your Swagbucks account to your Facebook account, and every time you win points or earn gift cards, it automatically shows up in a status post. Naturally, your friends on Facebook will see this in their news feed, get curious about it, and sign up. For up to 1000 points, your Swagbucks will be matched every time your friend who signs up under you wins points!
